2004-2021 Subaru STI Sold Shifter Linkage U-Joint by Torque Solution

Torque Solution Solid Shifter Linkage U-Joint (trunnion) replaces the OEM linkage u-joint on your 2004-21 STI. Get rid of the sloppy feeling and excessive play you notice in your shifter by using our solid u-joint. Never worry about wearing out or breaking shifter linkage bushings again.

Please Note: Subaru used the 04/05 linkage on some of the 06 STis. If your linkage core is GOLD in color then you need the 04/05 kit. If your control rod/linkage core is dark green in color you need the 06 kit. Grease both supplied bolts during the install.

Difference was Night & Day

Shifter was way too sloppy. Even with Cobb's complete drivetrain kit, it was still so sloppy.

After the Solid Shifter Linkage was installed? Let me tell you, tighter than trying to slip a piece of paper between two cinderblocks. Crisp and precise shifts along with the shortest of throws. Its like a whole new car so don't hesitate to purchase this part cause its well worth the cost.

WELL MADE PART. INSTALLED IT ALONG WITH THE REST OF THE TORQUE SOLUTIONS SHIFTER BUSHING SET. TOOK OUT ALL OF THE SLOP FROM THE SHIFTER

Nobody likes a sloppy stick .fix it with these solid shifter u joints . I installed them feels better then new

Great product. Took all the slop out of my shifter. Install is pretty straight forward with basic hand tools and various sizes punches.
