Subaru Rear Brake Caliper Adapter
The Torque Solution Rear Brake Caliper Adapter allows you to mount 2004-2007 Subaru / FHI or STI Brembo 2-piston rear calipers to late model Subaru's. Must use with either 2008+ STI rotors drilled to 5x100 or DBA 4000 Series Part # 42656S-10 (x2). The 2015+ WRX does not require drilled OEM 2008+ STI rotors, as they utilize the same bolt pattern 5x114.3.

These brackets worked perfectly on my 2015 BRZ. However they did require very minimal sanding to the ear caliper tabs on the hub. Utilizing a hand bastard file, casting imperfections are easily removed. You will only need to file artifacts on the hub where the Torque Solutions rear bracket contacts. Simply seat the bracket in place and identify the high zones which need to be taken down. Keep filing and test fitting until the provided hex bolts can be installed smoothly without resistance. Pro Tip: Do not clean your hub caliper tab ears. The dirt on them will act like a transfer paint showing the area needing to be sanded down (for a proper flush fitment). After successfully mounting the brackets, use a black marker to draw a line on the surface and bolt head after properly torquing them down (caliper bracket bolts/caliper bolts). The bracket is aluminum and in contrast, is not as hard of a material alike the cast hub tabs so I suspect the factory torque specs may be a little off. Marking after torquing is a good practice and can help give you a visual if you suspect any components have come loose over time. Keep in mind, the caliper gets pretty toasty.
I was hesitant purchasing this product at first after watching a video of installers removing a lot of unnecessary material from the bracket and hub. It really gave the false impression this product would not fit without heavy modification. Quite the contrary, see pictures attached to show how very little filing was needed.
