Duracon Shift Knobs by Tomei
The ergonomic cylindrical design makes the shift knob easy/comfortable to grip, especially during extreme driving conditions. It's also much easier to 'push' into gear compared to spherical type knobs.
The lightweight design and improved overall weight distribution allows for smoother, more accurate gear shifts. It also means less load on the shift collar/spacers, helping to increase the longevity of these parts. DURACON retains less heat and is also less reflective than material such as aluminum, making these shift knobs usable even in extremely hot climates.
Driving style and seating position, as well as seat type can all affect which shift knob is right for you. For example, the shortest 'Type-SS' may be a great option for those swapping to a bucket seat or lower seating position.

Got this to replace the factory knob in my Celica GTS after someone stole the center console and dash out of it…grabbed this after watching a factory tour of tomei and the price was definitely right. Very happy with the outcome.

Arrived on time and in good packaging. The threads fit nicely and secure with the added bonus of the heat resistant duracon. But one thing I noticed was the top cap with the Tomei emblem was a bit scratched out of the box. Other than that nice product.
Bought it for a 2011 mustang fit nicely just that I wish the longer ones had the same thread size for the mustang
