From HPDE events to SCCA competition, Swift Spec-R Sport Springs are made for the track enthusiast looking to take their vehicle to the next level. Swift Spec-R Sport Springs were engineered with 3 characteristics in mind.
Modified ride height compared to Sport Springs to maximize optimal suspension geometry. Further increasing the spring rate to enhance overall performance. The increase in spring rate is based on the upper limits of the vehicle's factory shock valving. Maintaining an optimal comfort level for street use. Spec R springs are wound with the same engineering and material as our sports springs. With the exception of stiffer rates and a slight change in ride height; you can expect the same characteristics as our sports springs.
Please Note: These lowering springs will not fit the WRX.

1” drop all around, definitely a great choice if you’re looking for a better look than stock. Did not lose much quality of ride so i recommend it!
Great quality with a Perfect drop.
Perfect drop all around and paired the springs with some 19x9.5 wheels on 255/35 tires and the fitment is absolutely amazing. Shipped very fast and installation was a breeze. Pro tip, disconnect the end link on the sway bar when putting the front struts back. (Support control arm with Jack) It’ll make your life much easier.
The Springs are excellent quality & the ride overall feels great not overly stiff! This was installed on a 2020 STI Series White.
These spring are a great match with the Bilstein suspension that came factory with this car. Tested drove it round trip on Hwy 17 (Santa Cruz Mountain) & the car handles amazing!
It’s been over a week since I had these installed professionally, with an alignment as well.
The ride height on stock OE shocks is beautiful, without being too low; I have mud flaps as well, and I still haven’t scraped on anything on the streets. Ride quality does feel a little stiffer, but OE damping quality has not been compromised; I still have a relatively comfortable ride (as much as you can expect from an STI), and bumps/ undulations in the road are handled just fine. I love these springs and 10/ 10 recommend these to anyone looking to keep their OE shocks, and I’m sure would be even better if paired with quality aftermarket shocks as well!
