Cusco Rear Cross Support Bar
Cusco has released their rear cross bar for the 2015 WRX/STI. The Cusco Rear Cross bar ties the rear strut towers to the chassis for additional rigidity for better handling and response. The cross bar is constructed of aluminum for weight savings and stiffness and coated with Cusco's blue finish.
This Cusco Rear Cross bar is an extra chassis brace that a car could always use. The 4 point bolt in brace is fitted in the trunk and adds rigidity within the chassis. An increase in response can be hand with this bar and only basic hand tools are required for installation.
NOTE: The lining and trunk carpet must be processed when installed

this was an easy install once I removed the trunk liner to access the necessary bolts. I also bought a hex key kit to be able to tighten the bolts to where they needed to be, if the bar makes noise and moves a bit first thing after install, tightening them with the right hex keys will make it part of the car and the movement and noise will disappear. The product itself is very well made and looks great!
The Cusco rear crossbar is a great mod. It's an easy install, looks great, and you can feel a difference when cornering. Definitely recommend.
This is one the best and most immediately effective noticeable mods for a reasonable cost. Easy install with hand tools. I had already trimmed the rubber trunk floor mat for the two-point shock tower brace, so that’s part was done from before. The only trick then was to trim the carpet on the walls of the trunk area. That was easy, however. Highly recommend this. Total installation time was under an hour with the trimming. The bolt-on itself was 15 minutes. Thanks, MAP for this and the other mods bought previously.
Looks great, I believe it actually works. You can hear the flex sometimes. Make sure you tighten the bolts well. Only complaint is that I wish they didn't use hex screws. Paired it up with Whiteline rear sway bar and perrin endlinks.
