Stage 2 Daily Clutch Kit by South Bend Clutch
Engineered for HP modifications. This Heavy Duty Pressure Plate has an increased clamp load with little or no increase in pedal pressure. The Organic disc material has a high metal content that increases the co-efficient of friction by two times over a stock lining and increases rotational strength up to a 12,000 RPM burst point. This clutch system maintains a stock feel while offering strength and durability.

Fitment was on point, throtl response was noticeably with the lighter flywheel. Nice bite from the clutch.

Makes the car enjoyable to drive again, solid take offs and shifts with a super light pedal. I’m still in break in period right around 300 miles but so far so good and feel good knowing I’ll be able to whomp on the car and the clutch can definitely handle it. Only bad thing was the pilot bearing that came with the kit was finicky and needed a stock oem one.
I have a 2017 wrx stage 2+ and needed a new clutch so I went with this one for a couple reasons. I wanted something that could handle the power but feel similar to a daily clutch. My factory one lasted 36,000 miles which is decent they are rated for 50k but can drop severely with city driving which is what I do mostly. I would recommend this for people with minor power upgrades and that wants a good reliable clutch.
I just finished the break in period on my southbend clutch. First impression is that the pedal feels much lighter than stock. So much so that I thought I lost pressure in my clutch lines.
However, it works as it's supposed to. It's a little more grabby than the stock clutch due to the higher friction. But overall a good daily clutch.
