Outstanding fitment!
I had KW V2 Clubsport prior to these and trust me they are better than KWs i had prior.
The harsh ride from my Tein MonoFlex was getting old and blowing a seal gave me an opportunity to upgrade. Had been eyeing these for a while and finally pulled the trigger. Setup was super easy. Everything was pre-measured so I really didn't have to do anything but assemble. Made sure everything was tight and installed. Initial ride height was not to my liking and adjusted as necessary. Went for a drive and was very impressed. Happy with my purchase.
Greetings from Singapore!
This is my 2nd set of Ohlins R&T for my 2005 Evo 9GT after using the 1st set for near to a decade. Did think of trying other coilovers as I couldn't find a local OHLINS dealer. However, after much research, I decided to get a 2nd same exact set all the way from United States and I'm glad I made the right decision. Best ride comfort on the road, I dare say same feel as my family Merc, yet perform absolutely stunningly when cornering. Not forgetting to mention that the customer service, shipment timeline, and updates were equally excellent from the team from MAPerformance. Will definitely buy more merchandise again from you guys!
Ohlins are awesome! I had Ohlins on my previous Evo GSR for years with the old 8K/10K spring rates. I upgraded from Bilstein MR struts paired with Swift-R springs. Ohlins road way better and were more comfortable. I sold it and bought another Evo 9, MR this time. It came with new Fortune Auto 500's, 8K Front and 9K Rear. Within the test drive, I knew those coilover would have to go. Ordered these DFV's wit the revised springs rate of 9k/9k. Found a set of 10K springs and installed them. 9K front and 10K rears. The Ohlins ride so well for anything in the same price range. Only negative thing I would say is that since it is an inverted strut in the front, you have to make the compression/rebound adjustments from the bottom.
