I have an nb2 and this fit's very well. I've had it for about a week at this point so I'll give my initial thoughts.
I have the stock header and midpipe, I figured this would be a good first thing to do as I am fairly new to the world of modifications. This fits right up, and includes an extra gasket and an extra set of bolts and crush nuts but I didn't use them because mine sealed perfectly fine without the hassle of trying to remove the fused bolts. Also bonus points, if you are in the same boat and doing this as a first mod definitely go to a parts store and pick up a set of"Pipe hanger pliers" to get the hangers out.
The sound this makes is almost stock when the car is cold, but once it warms up it does make a bit more noise. Honestly reading the forums, people buy quite a bit more expensive mufflers to get the same effect that this one provides. It fits perfectly, the tip looks soooooooooo much better than the stock pea shooter. When warmed up it sounds good, if anything I was hoping it would be just a tad louder but I would rather err on the side of too quiet rather than too loud as I do like to go on roadtrips in this car and if it droned I wouldn't be as enthused. I will try to update this a few months down the line to let you all know if it gets unreasonably loud as it breaks in more.
