sounds great !

I got the resonated N1 single exit and love it !

(only because I’m a 32 year old dad and a semi considerate neighbor ..or I would have gotten the un-resonated version for a bit more loud factor)

it sounds great, looks awesome and fits perfectly !

It took me longer to get the OEM mufflers off than it did for the install.

-yes I used wd40 to help but they were still pretty tight.. one hanger comes free easily the other does not.. get the easy one off pull down on the muffler, squirt lube “under” the rubber and you’ll still likely need a screwdriver to help it along.

Nonpro-pro tips:

if you’re reading this and have never done exhaust and maybe want some ease of mind as to how easy it is to do it yourself start by grabbing a bungee cord or a belt or a couple zip ties when you’re getting your tools together.

-12mm socket to remove OEM mufflers
-13mm socket and wrench to remove OEM exhaust from downpipe.
-short extension you need it a little to make thing easier
-14mm deepwell socket and wrench for installing the new hardware.

you can make it work if you only have wrenches, even better if you have ratcheting wrenches and you only need deepwell because when you tighten the new hardware up it’s to long for standard size sockets.

(If you’re going to be attaching to a OEM downpipe make sure you get the adapter, I went with the torque solutions)

After you remove the original catback
-I suggest removing the mufflers first and getting them out of the way, then remove the rest very straight forward once under the car.

Grab your new mid pipe and adapter and get under the car and mate them to the downpipe tighten **but don’t over tighten** even with the adapter you can still smash your donut gasket..

next grab your bungee/belt/zipties/etc. to hold the new mid pipe in place (you probably don’t want to let it hang freely as this would put strain on the downpipe and where the mid pipe attaches.. might be ok but better safe than sorry ..and it makes the next step easier if working alone)

Now get your pretty muffler section (don’t take the wrapping off until after the install so you don’t scuff it up) attach to the hangers and mate to mid pipe (don’t forget your gasket)

Tighten and retighten/check all connections

Then unveil your purrenator 3000 and start it up 👍

I did this on a slanted drive way without jack stands and used a big rock as a chalk block, while I don’t recommend this and ramps or stands would have made it easier (and safer) its totally doable just don’t breathe to hard or forget your jackstands at your friends house like I did.

Great product

Totally satisfied with this purchased. Great quality and looks great. Definitely adds a nice deeper tone to my STI. Very aggressive when it needs to be and the right sound and volume at cruising speeds.

Absolutely love it

Perfect fitment, amazing sound. It definitely has that deep subie rumble, much deeper tone than stock. The burnt tip look is also really cool as well as the single exit on the passenger side. Little to no cabin drone at highway speeds. Just sounds amazing, I had a smile on my face the whole time driving it the first time :)

Not to loud not to quiet.

So far so good. Has a nice deep tone mated with MAP's Catted J Pipe and went on in about 15 minutes. Took me longer to get it on the lift then to install the exhaust. I think it looks more traditional than the dual exhaust, just my opinion
