You're going to sacrifice just a little bit of sound for the extra horsepower of a cold air intake but if you're reading this, you're probably okay with that. I paired this with the cpe turbo inlet hose. The sound is phenomenal and the performance is even better. It's a rather noticeable gain in midrange power. It's a lot less restrictive so if you've got the means to, I definitely recommend the Autotech fuel pump internals to be done at the same time, or at least next on your upgrade list in order to be able to really push the car. Hydrolocking does seem a little more possible with a cold air intake but the way this mounts, put an Injen Hydroshield over the filter and that's where that ends. Overall, excellent product with great performance and a rather easy installation process.
