Subaru EJ Cylinder 4 Cooling Mod by GetaDomTune
Industry-first (and patent-pending) DOHC EJ Cylinder 4 Combustion Chamber Cooling kit increases coolant flow in the LH head to improve reliability by reducing detonation causing hot spots, reducing EGT delta, and improving overall cooling system performance. With this installation, you'll be able to lower temps in cyl 4, which is the one most prone to pre detonation.

This is the 2nd GetaDomTune that I have put on my Subarus it is top notch. This one went on my STI.
Easy Install
I like the improved bend on the hose and all materials look like they will last the life of the motor. Just make sure to order all the recommended parts like the 54540 Permatex sealant and a deep 1 inch socket or a 3/8 crows foot. I used a 1/2 crows foot but it was a bit of a hassle. Non the less I’m very happy with how it turned out and the space between the steering linkage and the cooling mod was perfect.

Great product, easy installion. Don’t forget the grey silicone and some fresh coolant. Can be done in less than an out. Just make sure you have a long extension for the plug fitting.
