Internally Balance Steel Damper
Fluidampr now offers a performance engine damper for the 2008-2015 Mitsubishi Evo X with the 2.0L 4B11/T MIVEC engine. This damper tested and delivered up to 70% overall greater crankshaft torsional vibration control above the OEM tuned elastomer style harmonic balancer on a near stock engine. Simultaneous testing indicated that the improved efficiency yielded average gains of 2 wheel-horsepower and 2lb-ft torque on a chassis dyno. Larger horsepower and torque increases due to adding a Fluidampr are expected as additional performance modifications are added.

Install as an upgrade to OEM elastomer style harmonic balancer, when horsepower is gained, or when rotating assembly parts change to reduce wear on critical internal engine components.
