(CZ4A) These vents are used by our professional rally racing team in the Asia Paific Rally Championships and complies with the strict window regulations that are enforced. This product keeps outside debris out of the vehicle and at the same time provides sufficient ventilation to the driver.

Look great and function as intended. Are not water proof.
To be honest, for the money, this isn't going to be worth the cost for most people. Plus, you have to assemble them yourself with the instructions being in Japanese. But I did a google translate on the instructions and will upload the photo of it. Once you have them assembled and placed in the rear windows, they do look really cool.
Once you put it all together it s well worth it, doesn't hinder speed and gives air.
Love these vents. The sponge these vent provide are great, got caught in a mild rain and the sponge repelled the water. They also provide the track look and makes your evo look WAY more aggressive.
