Performance Cold Air Intake by AEM Induction
The 21-821DS Performance Cold Air Intake System produces horsepower and torque gains by replacing the restrictive air filter and air intake housing. This air intake system was designed, tuned and dyno-tested to fit Nissan 370Z models.
This system replaces both the left and right side intakes. The AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter does not require oiling and can be used up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed (depending on driving conditions). The heatshield is a two piece design and also utilizes the factory air ducting. The intake tube is constructed from mandrel bent aluminum and has a durable gray powder coat finish.
This air intake system was developed to accommodate the mass air flow sensor and PCV hose. The air intake system is backed by AEM's Lifetime Limited Warranty.

This AEM intake system is legal for street use in most states. However, it is not legal for sale or street use in California or states that have adopted California Emissions Standards under Section 177 of the Federal Clean Air Act of 1970.

I did not install the product myself. I I had it professionally installed. The throttle response is quicker, the engine sound is better at warm up and acceleration. What I like most, the AC seems to work faster.
Once it's installed, it's great but the installation process was a headache. The instructions aren't very detailed and making the hose connections is difficult. I had to cut one of the stock ones and ended up not even using the one they provided because it simply wouldn't have worked.
Pretty straight forward install,not much room to work with you just have to have patience. Super fast shipping I received my package in 2 days. They sound great and definitely noticed a better throttle response.
Fits very nice into my nissan 370z 2012, but instructions where not very detailed and the imagines where very blurry. I also had an issue with the pcv hose connector piece (90 degree 1/4×5/8) snapping due to it being make of plastic and having a lot of tension on it. Why isnt it made of metal? Customer service was very fast with replacing it for free though, so cudoes to them. Oh also forgot to say sounds amazing, car sounds way healthier. Hope this helps
