Front License Plate Relocate Kit by Perrin Performance
The PERRIN Front License Plate Relocate can be adjusted up or down to get the exact look you want. Allows you to place the plate perfectly on your car regardless of bumper style or aftermarket accessories. PERRIN's Front License Plate Relocate attaches to the bumper through the front tow hook on your Subaru. This tow hook mount supports the plate without the need for any screws or fasteners which require holes in your bumper. The PERRIN Front License Plate Relocate is contoured to the bumper angle giving your plate equal spacing along the edge of your bumper.
The plate holder is made from laser cut plate aluminum which is texture powder coated in a wrinkle black finish. The tow hook adapter is CNC machined aluminum and anodized black for better corrosion resistance. The plate holder is made of thick plate aluminum which is folded in a press break to add rigidity and eliminate any flex. It will not bend or flex under normal conditions like competitive parts.

Ordered this a day after I ordered an ACT clutch. The clutch shipped first this got to me first. I paid for the express shipping on the clutch. Apparently not worth the extra $$. Save it for more MAP parts!
As with everything Perrin or from MAP I am completely satisfied with the quality. But pricy but worth it when you know the quality is there.

The kit is great in the exception of the bolt and the washers that came with the kit. I tried to install this on my 2018 WRX Premium, upon installation i found that the bolt that attaches the license plate to the larger stem was about an inch too short to be able to adequately tighten the plate to the stem while keeping the plate away from the bumper to prevent and paint damage. Along with the short bolt, there were not enough washers either to correctly install. I took a trip to my local Hardware store and purchased a longer bolt and another 6 washers then the kit installed without any issue. The kit in itself is great. It looks great, and once installed it seems like it is there to stay. But for the price you pay for the kit, i don't think you should have to purchase additional hardware for proper installation.
Easy to install... pretty straight forward. I installed this because I like the offset look of the plate. Plus it allowed me to put on my official WRX license plate delete. Handsome result. I painted the Perrin frame gold on mine. It’s purrdy.
