Project to Roller

  • Brake reservoir mount
  • Remove fuel tank, verify fuel pump and sender/fuel level for fitment
  • Clean bottom side of car, knock off all rust flacks and neutralize rust and paint
  • Rear sub frame disassembly
  • Send out rear sub-frame/ valve cover for sand blasting then powder coat
  • Clean and reseal rear differential
  • Remake all brake lines -  6 in total
  • Press in 5 lug conversion
  • Press new bushings into rear sub frame
  • Reinstall fuel tank paint if needed
  • Run fuel feed line to front and mount fuel filter
  • Reassemble rear sub frame including rear brakes/coil overs all bushings
  • Reinstall sub frame in to car
  • Paint front sub frame
  • Install front sub frame
  • Reinstall all front suspension and steering components including big brake kit and coilovers
  • Mount and balance tires lug nuts
  • Bleed brakes
  • Install new brake master
  • Adjust e-brake

Roller to Running

  • Fix broken bolts on block
  • Reassemble seals long block
  • Build turbo feed and return lines
  • Mount power steering pump and mod mounts
  • Have a custom power steering line made
  • Mount power steering remote tank and run lines
  • Install intake manifold and make fuel lines
  • Run all vacuum lines
  • Make a brake booster vacuum line with one way valve
  • Install engine with trans, clutch and starter
  • Install clutch slave line
  • Fix inner boot on passenger CV axle
  • Reinstall front axles
  • Window weld hanger bearing mounts
  • Install drive shaft
  • Clean transfer case
  • Install transfer case
  • Install turbo kit
  • Install charge piping
  • Install coil on plug mount M&W box
  • Mount oil catch can and make lines
  • Turbo screen or air filter
  • Coolant system
  • Wire fan
  • Battery box
  • Mount battery box in rear and run lines
  • Throttle body air idle control motor
  • Install AEM wide band gauge/ oil pressure/ boost/ in gauge a pillar
  • Install two stage boost controller
  • Bled and adjust clutch
  • Install ECU map switch
  • Install exhaust
  • Alignment
  • Bleed coolant
  • Install engine oil cooler
  • Coolant over flow make mount
  • Power transistor unit
  • Oil dipstick with lock spring

Touch Ups and Tuning

  • Break in engine
  • Steering wheel
  • Audio
  • Make sure all lights, windows, and locks are operational
  • Wiring
  • Make sure its charging
  • Throttle cable bracket and cruse control delete cable
  • Starter cables/ fuse block
  • New wiper blades
  • Washer fluid tank
  • Hood prop rod /hood struts
  • Tuning
