The Tomei is loud, pretty loud outside the car but you get the silencer for cold starts so your neighbors don’t hate you. Honestly not loud at all in the car, very little drone, you can easily still have a conversation or listen to music when cruising. The tone is perfect, this gives you the quintessential Subaru sound. I am also running it with a Cobb catted down pipe and stock UEL and seriously the sound is second to none, it sounds significant better in person than in any video I found. Build quality is great, really feels like a quality object as soon as you get it in your hands. It’s also super lightweight and not terribly expensive. They come with rubber covers for the springs so you don’t get any rattling, I had no leaks that I could hear (which is something that seemed like a problem on the forums), and it is pretty simple to rotate everything into place so you don’t have a clearance issue with your differential. I can’t say enough good about this exhaust and I wasn’t sure before I bought it. MAP also managed to get it to my door in 4 days including a major holiday and a holiday weekend with free shipping. I normally don’t leave reviews but Tomei has a great product here and MAP has good prices and super human shipping times.
Best single exit exhaust. Light weight and the burnt tip looks so good. Definitely makes the car louder. Would recommend to anyone looking to get more sound out of their car
