Evo X V3 Extreme Exhaust System by ETS
The ETS Mitsubishi Evo X V3 Extreme Exhaust System is a direct replacement of the factory cat back exhaust system. This exhaust was designed for the true enthusiast looking for maximum performance with no mufflers or restrictions.
This is one of the loudest exhaust systems on the market. The exhaust system features a 3.0" mid pipe that tucks up tightly against the underside of the vehicle giving you more ground clearance then any other exhaust on the market. The mid pipe connects to the rear section using a 3.0" v-band connection. The v-band connection provides a leak-free seal and allows for a quick change race pipe for the drag strip! Each tip is centered perfectly in the bumper opening.
If using a stock catalytic converter select the adapter flange in the drop downs.

So i bought the ets dual muffler exhaust and did about ten grand of upgrades to my X MR not including the 12k jacks transmission build. With the dual i got a couple pops and bangs but wanted my exhaust to be a bit louder so i bought the extreme exhaust tip? And swapped it out. I spent about a year with the dual muffler end before swapping to extreme a few days ago. The extreme is about 25% louder on start ups whether cold or starts and at idle. I’m not sure if i got a bad part or not but at wide open throttle i get an annoying metallic sound from the exhaust at higher rpms like something is loose or not welded right. Also I’m using a test pipe. The exhaust tip did appear to be used when i got it but I’m not sure if that’s from testing before shipment or what. The dual exhaust sounded by far better to me. It’s deeper and more aggressive and “serious” sounding to me while the extreme sounds very ricey when you get on it. There isn’t much more of a drone noise on the inside of the car whether on the highway or in a school zone. Everything has been looked over very closely and and nothing is loose all i can think of that might be making that noise is i indeed got a used pipe and one of the exhaust tips has a bad weld. Either way ets still makes the greatest sounding exhaust to me for evos. I’ve heard them all. The same review will be posted on the dual muffler listing only with a video of the dual muffler exhaust.
Great fitment start to finish. The look and sound is amazing. Looking forward to running this setup for my build for quite a few years.
I had recently gotten this exhaust and put a few hundred miles on it so far. By far, the best sounding exhaust. I had the Invidia N1 before this and it is a WAYYYY different tone, sound, and growl. In a good way of course. I been holding back on buying this exhaust cause of the price but it is 100% worth the money. The pops and burbles you get are perfect. I really recommend.
This is the 2nd time I bought this exhaust and I absolutely love it. I’ve had many different exhaust systems and this is my favorite and best sounding in my opinion. Very loud and aggressive and you can’t beat the look of those V3 dual exhaust tips. Quality is top notch.
Such an easy install, incredible sound. Replaced my ultimate racing exhaust with this V3 extreme and man, car feels and sounds so mean. If you are into loud exhaust...this is the one.
